Returns & Exchange

Eligibility

Our policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have gone by after the delivery of the product(s), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all the packaging tags intact.

Return or Exchange is applicable only once per order.

Orders placed using “Wallet Money” are not eligible for Returns or Exchange.

Exchanges (if applicable)
You can apply for an exchange if the product received is defective, damaged or if you have any issue with the sizing of the product. 

The procedure for exchanges is as follows:

  1. You can contact us via our whatsapp support by clicking on the “How can i help you” icon at the bottom right of your screen, or mail us at [email protected]
  2. Once your request for exchange is confirmed by our customer care executives, we will initiate a reverse pickup request for your order.
    Note: Reverse pickup facility might not be available on all pincodes & the customer will need to self ship their package to our warehouse in this case. 
  3. Our delivery executive will come to take back the package. Please make sure the products are packed safely so that there is no damage during the transit.
  4. Once the product reaches us, it will go through a quality check. If it passes the quality checks and the product has not been misused in any way, we will ship the new product to you. You will be able to track the new shipment by going to Track Orders section on our website.  

Returns (if applicable)

We try our best to provide the best quality products to our customers.

Still in case you are not happy with the product(s) and wish to return it, you can do it easily as follows:

  1. You can contact us via our whatsapp support by clicking on the “How can i help you” icon at the bottom right of your screen, or mail us at [email protected]
  2. Once your request for return is confirmed by our customer care executives, we will initiate a reverse pickup request for your order.
    Note: Reverse pickup facility might not be available on all pincodes & the customer will need to self ship their package to our warehouse in this case.
  3. Our delivery executive will come to take back the package. Please make sure the product(s) are packed safely so that there is no damage during the transit.
  4. Once the product reaches our warehouse, it will go through a quality check. If it passes the quality checks and the product has not been misused in any way, we will initiate a full refund to your wallet on our website as “Wallet Money” (COD Charges are non-refundable). You can use this wallet money in any of your future purchases on our website.

Defective/Damaged Product (if applicable)

In case you have received a defective or damaged product, you need to inform us about the same within 24 hours of delivery of the product.

Cancellation of Order

To cancel your order, you can contact us via our whatsapp support by clicking on the “How can i help you” icon at the bottom right of your screen, or mail us at [email protected]

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 48 hours of approval of your refund request, please contact us at [email protected]

NOTE- Amount will only be refunded as “Wallet Money” for any cancelled/returned order. No claims for online refunds will be entertained.
